Begin Your Path to Healing Here

Healing is not about becoming someone different. It is about reconnecting with yourself, finding safety within, and growing into the many iterations of yourself that life may bring.

At Peony Path Psychotherapy, I provide trauma-focused therapy for adults navigating complex trauma, dissociation, anxiety, depression, grief, and chronic stress.

TRAUMA & COMPLEX TRAUMA THERAPY

A holistic approach to healing

I specialize in working with adults who have experienced childhood and relational trauma, complex trauma, chronic stress, and other experiences that can impact the mind, body, relationships, and sense of self.

My approach integrates talk therapy with bottom-up interventions while drawing from psychodynamic, trauma-focused, and attachment-focused perspectives. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, our work considers the whole person and the internal systems that support you.

I provide clinical consultation and supervision for clinicians in Illinois, as well as consultation for attorneys working with psychologically complex cases. Services may include case conceptualization, record review, psychoeducation, and guidance on when additional psychological or neurological evaluation may be appropriate. Consultation is educational and clinical in nature and does not constitute a forensic psychological evaluation unless separately contracted and within the appropriate scope of practice.
